Aunjanue Ellis

Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor is an American producer stage and screen actress who is best known for her film roles in Ray Undercover Brother and on the television series The Mentalist. She has an BA in African-American Studies from Brown University and an MFA in acting from the Tisch School of Arts New York University. Aunjanue Ellis is an American actor and producer active in the fields of theater, film and TV. She started acting on stage and then appeared in independent, mainstream as well as television shows. On television her regular role on ABC's drama series about police High Incident has earned her the praise of her fellow actors.
